This series of filters is mainly suitable for filtering particles with a diameter of 5 μ m. Made of high-quality domestic non-woven fabric, glass fiber, and synthetic fiber through special blending or imported polyester fiber as filter material, with wedge-shaped folding shape to increase the filtering area, matched with high-strength cardboard frame, to create a plate structure. The balanced spacing and double reinforcement design ensure the equal height pleat shape of the filter screen, so that the filter can achieve a large dust holding capacity when the resistance is low. Folding shape, the filter material is fixed diagonally at the front and back of this frame, and the filter material is tightly adhered to the frame to prevent any air leakage. Its filtering area is 2-5 times that of a typical flat surface.

The filter material is made of high-quality polyester synthetic fiber, with a long service life and a fluffy and gradually dense fiber structure, ensuring a high dust collection rate and a large dust holding capacity, effectively extending the service life of the back-end intermediate efficiency filter and reducing operating costs.
